From the second my car came to a complete stop, they were offering great service!! 👏 We had great conversation, and the whole experience was impeccable!! I felt like their day wouldn’t have been complete without servicing my Toyota 💀 they explained pre-existing issues and showed me pictures of what they saw. Very professional, fast and reliable!! My parents recommended that I came here and I am not disappointed! There was a bit of a wait, everything flowed smoothly… like a well oiled machine 😉 pun intended. Lastly, if you search take 5 in your browser, you can download current coupons 💰
This was my first time going to a Take 5 location and it was a great experience. I was given a cold bottle of water as soon as I pulled in. I was asked a few questions about my vehicle then guided in to the garage. One worker started on the oil change while another worker started entering information into the computer. He told me exactly what Ford recommended to have done at my mileage amount and showed me all the price points. They topped off fluids, made sure the tires were at the right pressure, checked my wiper blades and checked each other's work as they went. They were very kind and were honest when I didn't need a service instead of trying to sell everything to me. I think I paid the same as I have in the past at my Ford dealership and I felt I got the same quality of service. Though it did take a little longer than 5 minutes (not much) I will definitely go back! They even said I could come in within 3k miles anytime to have fluids tipped off free of charge.
Super friendly customer service you can tell they enjoy helping people. Oil change prices aren’t AWFUL but not too great either. Pretty basic expected prices. I went there for just an air top off for my tires and ended up getting free top offs for every liquid under my hood lol you can tell you’re trying to get you to become a loyal customer but if u just ignore that and get what you need done it’s great
