Man, I hope his name was Blake! Cause I even asked him to make sure he was really helpful. I’m pretty bad with remembering names so sorry if I got it wrong. He was very helpful, he found a spot on the back of one of my tires that needs fixed. He probably saved me from a really annoying day on the side of the road with a blown out tire! I’ve had plenty of those so thank you It’s really appreciated, especially because you guys aren’t a tire shop! Thanks again. See you soon!
Wonderful people, excellent service. Came to this location because last summer when I was with daughter-in-law and 3 grandbabies in the heat, one tire was really low. Couldn’t find an air filler. I told her to go to you and ask to fill tire. Not only were you kind, but filled tire, gave us water, super fast. Came back and was not disappointed. Hailey and Preston were awesome, then met manager and could see why. Being older, single and female, trusting a service place is very important. Thank you so much!!!
The oil change took a lot longer than 5 minutes and seemed very expensive. Then, everything became an upsell wanting all sorts of extra charges added. I kept telling the salesman only an oil change. There was at least 6 or more times that I had to tell them no only an oil change. Had I not needed the oil change done because of a trip, I would have taken my car to the dealer and had the oil change done for less than half the cost and the time taken wouldn’t have been much different. The manager on site made a point of telling me that they were the cheapest place in town to get the oil change. When I told her what the price was, she commented that well it costs more for a quick lube. The oil change itself was fine, other than taking longer. It was the oversell of everything else that was being too pushy. I will never go back to this establishment and will not recommend it either.
