I couldn’t be more pleased with services Take 5 has provided for my vehicle. I happened to be in Pullman, WA . I needed an oil change so I stopped in the Pullman location that I just happened to be passing by. I quickly became a fan of Take 5 from my first visit. They meet me at my vehicle when I pull up. They offer a cold bottle of water and fruit snacks to everyone in my car. They direct me into the bay. I never have to get out of my car. The crew keeps me informed of everything they are doing. Technicians show me anything that needs to be changed and ask for consent and advise me of the cost of making each of the changes (ie: cab air filter, engine filter, coolant, wiper blades, tire pressure and tread depth etc.). They wash my windshield and top off all the fluids. Each of the employees are friendly and accommodating. The staff works together as a team very quickly and efficiently. I’ve never had better service in 46 years of owning and driving vehicles. The nearest Take 5 for me is an hour drive away, two hours round trip. After that first visit I knew the drive was well worth the excellence in service. I continue to make that two hour trip every time I need an oil change. I won’t go anywhere else.
Everyone here is still amazing! They are fast, friendly and efficient. In a world we're nobody has extra time to spare, the service they provide is a irreplaceable. They didn't have the tools to do the suggested rear differential they suggested since my car has an extremely low profile but they did suggested another local business that would do an honest job at a reasonable price. How many competing businesses suggested their competitors if they can't provide the services. Not that many. Always an 11.
Amazing! I will be going back and telling friends. 3 autos in one day. Very professional. Asked me to come back in one week for a check and to check the quality of their own work. Came back the next day because my A/C started making noise. They found about a 5 gallon bucket worth of a mouse nest in my blower. They got creative and managed to get it all out! Didn’t charge me. Also big discount for SEL and WSU. Thanks guys!
