It’s not often you find a place that goes above and beyond with customer service, but this team definitely did. Everyone was kind, efficient, and made us feel valued. We’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend Take 5 Oil Change in Lacey to anyone looking for fast service with exceptional customer care!
These guys are always quick, professional, and very personable. Will continue to come here for all my vehicles while I live in the area. Military friendly as well. Amazing experience. I prefer to come here over the dealership because these guys are so much more thorough. I feel like whenever I go to the dealership it’s in and out quick I’m just another car. These guys go over recalls and different safety aspects, I bring all my cars here because I get a very personable experience.
