I had an amazing experience with this place! First off they ran out and gave me a water. They noticed my grandson was in the truck and brought him a water and a fruit snack. They got me right in. No pushy up sales. Just to the point. Ended up getting a diff fluid change as well. Everyone from the manager down to the oil tech was really professional. It was good to see these guys hustle. They weren’t standing around bullshitting while I waited in the hot truck. I definitely will be going back when I need another one. Thanks guys!
I had a great experience at Take 5 Oil Change. EJ and his team were professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and made the entire process quick and easy. They took the time to answer my questions, explain what they were doing, and made sure everything was taken care of properly without trying to push unnecessary services. It’s hard to find a shop where you feel like the people genuinely care about the customer and the vehicle, but EJ and his crew definitely gave me that impression. Excellent customer service from start to finish. I’ll definitely be coming back for future oil changes and maintenance. Highly recommend EJ and his team at Take 5!
I've been a patron for about a year now (I think) and I take pride in recommending this spot because of how thorough and friendly the staff are here. They walk you through each thing they are checking on your vehicle and can replace the cabin air and/or the engine air filter. I will always recommend this spot and will continue to give them my service. Thank you all for your hard work in all the weather throughout the year. I so appreciate y'all!
