Getting an oil change at Take 5 was such an enjoyable experience. I was immediately given a cold bottle of water while the technician began changing the oil. I had a coupon so I was able to get a full synthetic oil change with a new filter for my SUV for about $100. This was less than having it done at my mechanic’s garage. I have gotten oil changes at Take 5 for most of my oil changes the past few years and it has always been a quick, convenient experience. I recommend trying this company out.
I had a great experience at this Take 5 location. The staff members were very helpful, welcoming, and informative. Additionally, staff went out of their way to address an additional concern with my car that had nothing to do with the oil change itself. Super helpful!!! I would highly recommend choosing this location if you are in the Newport News, Hampton, or Yorktown Area.
Giving this rating a 5 star because “Ziggy” the guy who helped me was really nice . He was super informative & very knowledgeable about the maintenance I was receiving. He explained to me that the last Take 5 i went to didn’t put on the cover to my cabin filters ( i didn’t know ) he found the covers and ensured they were on before i left . He also explained the potential damage that could’ve happened w/ the covers not being on . Ziggy was professional and went above and provided service even though he was a bit frustrated w/ the other worker who was helping him . Lastly Ziggy reset my oil life , made sure i had the sticker for when to come back ( for some reason i haven’t been getting these) and even asked for feedback on his service. Definitely a great guy and great worker !
