I stopped by Take 5 Oil Change yesterday on my way home from work. My car was in desperate need of an oil change, and I go by there everyday on my way to and from work, so I stopped. I was a little nervous, this is a new establishment, and I hadn't heard anything about them yet, good or bad. I was pleasantly surprised at their professionalism and politeness. I didn't have to get out of my car, and their communication with each other and their customers was top notch. I will recommend them to everyone from now on.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Sam and Tyler are awesome! They always go above and beyond to make sure you’re taken care of. They take the time to explain everything, answer any questions, and make sure you don’t leave without your vehicle being in great shape. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers, and the service is always friendly, honest, and efficient. I highly recommend stopping by Take 5 if you want great service and people you can trust!
I was greeted in the parking lot by a nice young man who offered me a bottle of water. He said that I would receive a 25% discount for being a government employee. Both of those things were kind of him. He got me into the shop quickly and he and another young man did the oil change and air filter in good time. I was very pleased with both the service and their attitudes.
