It's rare these days to experience the kind of outstanding service I received recently at this Take5 location! Angel (the MoD) is a rock star and Hez was busting his rear to get us taken care of as quickly and thoroughly as possible. They worked together like a surgical team (very efficient) with Angel patiently and clearly calling the shots. It was a tight squeeze but they were able to accommodate my 10.5 foot tall camper van with no complaints. Both Angel and Hez gave me the impression they were glad I was there. I left feeling like I found two new friends! Will definitely come back in the future for all my oil change needs!
The team was amazing. This was my first time visiting Take 5. Luis was fantastic and walked me through everything, taking the time to show me why he made certain recommendations. I really appreciated the fact that he took the time to look up my Carfax History, to verify whether or not certain services had been done on a vehicle I recently purchased for my daughter. It was the easiest process and I never once felt like I was being pushed to agree to certain services or that things were being recommended to make a sale. I will definitely be back.
I stopped by on a HOT Sunday afternoon. I was immediately greeted by Angel, who offered me an ice-cold bottle of water. Right then, I knew I had picked the right spot! All I needed was an oil change, but they still treated my car with such care! The service was quick, they were incredibly transparent throughout, and they cleaned my windows. Luis was the MOD, and he was just as friendly and caring! I am new to this area, and I will be returning here for my car needs. Thank you so much to Angel and Luis for such a welcoming experience!!! 1000/10 recommend!
