outstanding experience. Assistant Manager Micah and attendant J.C. absolutely knocked it out of the park. They were professional, knowledgeable, and worked efficiently from start to finish. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered my questions, and made sure I was taken care of without any pressure or upselling. It’s rare to find a team that combines great customer service with hard work and attention to detail, but Micah and J.C. did exactly that. They deserve recognition for the way they represent the business. I’ll definitely be returning and recommending this location to others!
I really like the team at Take 5 Oil Change. They work together so well and efficiently. They look at all the fluids, air filters, wiper blades, and tires. They don't push to upsell you things you don't need, and they explain every thing in a way that is easy to understand. I like that I can also return to the store to have fluids topped off at no charge between oil changes. This has been a real time saver for me. I feel like they help me take good car of my car. Thanks team!
Update 7/3/26: After an initial great experience I started noticing a downgrade in staff BUT I AM HAPPY TO REPORT that this new crew ACTUALLY look like mechanics who care. 2025: Great staff, always friendly and professional. They have a young lady who works there who is extremely knowledgeable on cars and makes great recommendations for maintenance that save me money in the long run. Kudos to the management, we see and feel the difference.
