I just had one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in years at Take 5 Oil Change. Being 58 years old, I’ve seen a lot of service businesses come and go, and this team truly stood out. I originally came in just for a simple oil change, but the level of professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail from the staff was outstanding. The customer service was through the roof. Because of how well I was treated, I decided to have additional services done like a coolant flush. The entire team was excellent, and the manager on duty, Shea, was especially impressive. She was professional, welcoming, and made sure everything ran smoothly. Experiences like this are rare these days. This location has earned my business from now on. I want to thank Shea and the entire team for such a great experience.

Mike and Coy, gave outstanding service and honesty. I brought my vehicle in because I thought it needed an oil change, but after checking everything, the team explained that the oil was still in good condition and that the service light had simply come on because the service interval needed to be reset. Instead of selling me an oil change I didn’t need, they took the time to explain the situation and helped reset the indicator. It’s refreshing to find a business that puts honesty and customer service ahead of making a quick sale. I really appreciate their integrity and professionalism, and I’ll definitely return for future maintenance. Highly recommend!

I had an excellent experience at Take 5. I’d never been there before. They were friendly, efficient and explained everything they were doing. Best of all, I did not feel like they were just trying to sell me something because I’m a woman. That’s happened to me before and I’ve shied away from having stuff done to my car for that very reason. I’m not very knowledgeable about cars and so I trust what the person in charge is telling me. That’s gotten me in trouble in the past. But not at Take 5! They were fantastic! Never even had to get out of my car. Their customer service was on point too. I was offered a cold bottle of water as soon as I arrived. I will definitely be back to Take 5 again, for any of my minor vehicle needs and concerns! Thank you guys for making me feel at ease and for taking such great care of my car!
