I’ve been to Take five, but this one takes the cake! I’m from Florida, so I was kind sketchy on going to one that I didn’t know. The staff here, has the whole experience down like a Well oil machine. Everybody was in place and when something was done, it was repeated kind of like when you go to the hospital and have a procedure.Bryson Was excellent at explaining things to me., Although I was only there for an oil change, he showed me a few other things I needed, and why. He wasn’t pushy or anything. He just explained it, and it made sense so I got a few extra things. There was another nice man that, opened up my glove compartment, and showed me one of my filters, again explain things really well ,in the end the Manager came up to me and asked me if everything was OK. and he made sure that I was happy with the service. I was in and out within 20 minutes, and it was not expensive. It was definitely the best to take five experience I’ve had. I highly recommend this oil change. They also topped off all my fluids I guess more than anything I was impressed with the teamwork. Thank you.
The store on Franklin Rd was fantastic! Very thorough! The store in Hollins is not nearly as professional. A young kid that checked me in in Hollins recorded the wrong mileage on my car. It has caused car fax to report odometer discrepancy. I said something at the time. The kid said “oh, I’ll fix it” he didn’t and now I have this issue. I will be going after that store and the employee for loss of value. If you need an oil change, go to Franklin/Electric rd store!

They explained everything clearly and let me know what maintenance my vehicle might need without any pressure to buy extra services. They were honest about what needed attention now and what could wait, which made it clear they genuinely cared about helping rather than upselling. Because of their honesty and transparency, I trust their recommendations and will continue to be a loyal customer. They also made me feel genuinely welcome and thanked me for choosing them. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest, reliable service.
