This was my first time at Take 5, after searching reddit for reliable businesses for an oil change. I came in yesterday for a standard oil change and tire pressure check. I showed up around 4:30, and there was essentially no line, and they began service right away! Everyone was extremely pleasant and kind during the whole process, and even made sure to show me everything they were doing (ensuring I saw the oil was at the correct level, having me put my foot on the accelerator afterwards to prime the fuel system). The entire process was extremely fast, and the mechanics were very friendly and efficient.
Emmett performed a few services on my car (oil change, filter replacement, coolant exchange) and was very knowledgeable about the services needed and communicated well through the whole process. He was very patient explaining everything he did and the importance of it to keep my car running great! I have a broken glove box that I have never opened before and he figured out how to open it and showed me how and let me practice. He was very kind, smart, and personable and made my experience at Take 5 the best it could have been! I am a female with very limited knowledge of cars but Emmett did not make me feel stupid or act condescending in any way . I have been coming here for years and Emmett has superior customer service skills that stand above the rest. He seems to really love his job and takes a lot of pride in it! Every time I come in I am hoping I get Emmett to help me ! I am so thankful for his help and expertise. Thank you so much Emmett you are truly awesome!

Keep up the great work. Lucas and Daniel are assests to Take 5. This crew deserves a catered meal for sure. Thanks guys!!!!! Ian and Company are always on point. Great services for the price.
