My first time coming to any Take 5. Paid about the same price as I would at Honda. Wesley, my tech, was awesome. He was working all by his lonesome on a busy Sunday. He was efficient and orderly. He even was very hospitable, chatting, and providing me with a cold water bottle for the wait. I hope the store promotes this gentleman for his strong work ethic and kind personality! I hope the store can guarantee breaks/lunches for their employees.
Chase was exceptionally professional, courteous, and helpful explaining everything. Nasir was also very professional. I had a surprise learning that I had a cabin filter for the first time a little frustrated that I've never had it changed before and as an owner, I should know, but anyway, he explained and showed me the filter. It was filthy and I've been coming to take five for many oil changes so I was a little shocked. I'm gonna learn how to change it myself but anyway that they were very nice and I appreciate cold water !!!
Today I had the pleasure of visiting the Portsmouth location and my experience was incredibly positive. Mr. Wesley did a fantastic job servicing not only my vehicle but he ensured I was taken care of as well. His bright personality and smile calmed me as I can never get used to handling my own car maintenance. Thank you Shane and Take 5 Portsmouth see you in three months!
