My experience was excellent from start to finish. I was warmly greeted by Tao, who offered me water upon arrival. Savannah was friendly, welcoming, and did an outstanding job explaining the service process and answering my questions. Tao was patient, helped me locate my mileage information, and thoroughly explained the service options available to me so I could make the best decision for my vehicle. The technician who completed my oil change worked efficiently and provided prompt service. Overall, the entire team delivered exceptional customer service. I would definitely recommend this location to others and look forward to returning in the future.
This was my first time here at Take 5 at the Hull St location. I had a great experience and EVERYONE was so nice! The first thing they do is offer you a nice free cold bottle of water which shows that they genuinely care for their customers. I want to give a shout out to everyone who was working, who helped me at some point throughout my experience. Justin, Clayton, Mack, Branden & Devin were so so helpful and I would 100% recommend going to see them!
Needed a quick oil change for my SUV as I was a little overdue. Could not get in with my regular shop with work and busy schedule. A couple cars in line ahead of me but still got in and out very quickly on my lunch break. Chad checked me in quickly. Gene explained everything to me thoroughly and was transparent with pricing. Was able to use an online coupon. Was offered a bottle of water by Chad while I waited in my car. They did a safety check after doing the oil change. Great experience.
