Layla and Leonard are absolutely amazing! Leonard started my visit by visiting me at my car window, offered me a water, and told me they’d have my car taken care of very quickly and they indeed did! Layla was very informative, I told her it was my first visit and she explained everything. I ended up replacing my air filters and getting wipers in addition to my oil change. Layla entertained my toddler through the car window, she was a joy to talk to! A few people helped with my vehicle, I didn’t catch everyone’s names, but they were great! I’ll definitely be back!
We went to Take 5 Oil Change today and had the absolute best experience. We were greeted and provided ice cold waters right away. Then Layla was our technician. She was so thorough, explained every single step, walked us through how things work for normal maintenance on our car and also helped troubleshoot the issues we were having with our new windshield wipers. We will 100% be back and request Layla as our technician! I will def be bringing our other cars there too. Thank you for everything!
It was awesome. The techs were kind and knowledgeable. They took care of me and my vehicle with the utmost kindness and care, no short cuts and I mean with skill you wouldn't believe. This was my second visit with them but definitely not my last. If you are handicap or disabled take your vehicle to Take 5 Oil Change. You are in for some really good service.
