Great customer service! This crew knows how to take of not just the vehicles but the customers too. Sure there might be a little wait time (what do you expect they are always busy), but they hustle to get cars in and out while being super respectful to all the customers. Like to give a shout out to the management team, Ray the store manager keeps these guys hyped up and in good moods, Jamie makes sure we got what we need to keep the cars running at tiptop shape and scrappy is very thorough making sure nothing is missed and checks on the customers making them feel comfortable and smiling. All communicate very well... scrappy even went out his way and helped clear my headlights up from being so cloudy, 5X brighter now thanks scrap. I recommend everyone I talk to here not just for oil changes but for the customer service as well, totally worth the wait!
Take 5 provided me with a swift oil and oil filter change. Even though they were busy the roll over off the vehicles was amazing to where it seemed that it took no time at all. The staff stayed busy assisting every customer, to include greeting them promptly and since it was hot offering cold water. My service technician, Scrappy was exceptionally helpful with selecting the best products for the oil change and was thorough in checking to make sure no steps were skipped. Thank you Take 5 for the best service in the area that I have found at a fair and reasonable price. You earned a repeat customer that day.
Great employees! Great service. I have been using them for the majority of my oil changes for the past five years. I have over 200,000 miles on my vehicle and I get my oil changed every 5,000 miles. They also topped off my fluids and put air in my tires. Upon completion they reminded me that I could go to any of their stores to get my fluids topped off at 3,000 miles. It was a hot day and had a little wait. I was car #3, but they had 3 lanes opened. They also passed out courtesy bottles of water. Pleased with my service!!!!
