I went in for an oil change. The service was great! Everyone that assisted with my car spoke, gave a big smile and ask how was my day going so far. Jonathan was great! He explained to me what they were going to do before doing it. He also showed me an air filter behind the glove compartment that had leaves attached to it and was extremely dirty and supposed to have been white. That was replaced. The prices were reasonable as well. Thank you!! Novella
This was my first time going to a Take 5. The experience was wonderful! Was offered a water and gone through the process of what to expect being a first time customer. The assistant manager helped me not just with my oil change, which is what I came for, but replace my cabin filter. We talked and seen what best for me and got everything I needed. Let me know of a small oil leak. Service was quick, informative, and a great experience! 10/10
I was there to get an oil changed , I was offered a cold water while I waited for my turn , it was a longer wait than expected but the friendly customer service was worth the wait and being a manager myself when RJ told me he was training 2 new people I understood. I did get more than an oil change but they were all really nice , I got wippers , cabin filter, air filter and a coolant flushed im also a health care worker so he offered me a % for that , it was my first time but they will be my go to for oil changes
