I had a great experience at this Take 5 location. The staff was friendly, professional, and never made me feel pressured to buy services I didn't need. They showed me the results of my coolant test so I could make an informed decision, and when they checked my air filters, they actually told me they were still in good shape instead of trying to sell me new ones. I appreciated their honesty. They also replaced my rear wiper blade, gave me a discount, and even offered me a bottle of water while I waited. The whole visit was efficient, and everyone was courteous from start to finish. It's hard to find an auto service shop that feels both knowledgeable and trustworthy, and this location definitely earned my business. I'll be back for my next oil change.
A year ago rebiew: 'Great service and friendly staff!" Today: Sucks! I Visited this place last week and was shown different packages to choose from. Great. However today I was not offered that for my second car. To my surprise, the bill came to $113 for something I didn't pick. I am not frugal...Is this place a dealership??? Or is/are the owner(s) trying to recover their investments so fast that they just list a family with 4 vehicles. ciao!!!
I went in for an oil change. The service was great! Everyone that assisted with my car spoke, gave a big smile and ask how was my day going so far. Jonathan was great! He explained to me what they were going to do before doing it. He also showed me an air filter behind the glove compartment that had leaves attached to it and was extremely dirty and supposed to have been white. That was replaced. The prices were reasonable as well. Thank you!! Novella
