These folks did a great job. They’re very knowledgeable the young man that was guiding the whole situation knew exactly what he was talking about and could explain it to me the way that I needed so that I could understand what Services needed to be taken care of and what they were offering me overall my very first experience here at the Pantops location was absolutely amazing and I will continue to go back and get my vehicle serviced here into the future. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

I have had my oil changed at many places before. Nothing too fancy or spectacular, however my experience this time around was nothing short of AMAZING!! Jackson appeared to be the lead while I sat in my car. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and explained everything in a way that I could understand. My limited interaction with him made me feel like there were still good people in this world. He was extremely helpful to me. If I could give him a raise myself I would. I hope Take 5 is aware of how valuable he is to this company. I appreciated everyone today, but Jackson definitely stood out!! Thank you
