First time here, they are open later than most places which gave me the chance with my work schedule to get in. I had an oil change and on the spot renewal done, they were professional, and fast. They were very efficient on both services. The way they worked and communicated with one another and me was impressive. It made me comfortable that the service was done right, while I stayed in my car the whole time. Great job, they are my new place for these services.

I was immediately greeted by a friendly face, holding a cold bottle of water and a little package of fruit juice asking how he could help me. It was my first time using take five and I was very impressed. They told me what they were doing before they did it, and if I was higher low on fluids and what they may need to look at more closely and finished with windshield wash. We were on our way within 10 to 15 minutes. My purpose in going was to have my car inspected so I could get a new license for the month of June. I will go back to these people. I like them!

I had my oil changed here for the first time and it was honestly quite the experience in a good way. Brandon and his team at Take 5 Oil Change #1310 were freaking amazing. Everyone was super friendly and welcoming from the moment I pulled in. They even offered me bottled water and fruit snacks right away lol. You stay in your car during the oil change, which was totally different for me and something I’d never experienced before. I’m still not sure how I feel about that part yet, but the team made it comfortable by being extremely communicative the whole time. They explained everything, probably more information than I even needed lol, but I genuinely appreciated the attentiveness and professionalism. There was a small incident where the engine cover got a minor crack because someone accidentally stepped on it. What really stood out to me was how honest they were about it immediately. They offered to pay for it without hesitation, which says a lot about their integrity. After looking at it, and knowing my brother has plenty of Volkswagen parts and experience, I decided it was fine and not worth worrying about. Overall, great customer service, honest people, and a very positive experience. I’d definitely recommend them.
