I went to Take5 in Layton to get my oil change because it was way over due. Isaac and Kayden assisted me today and they were, kind, courteous, knowledgeable and got me and my toddler in and out timely. They immediately got me in and offered my toddler a snack. Isaac offered to replace the air filter (yes I know they are supposed to but he gave extensive knowledge on why he recommends getting it replaced soon, not just buy it bc I say so) asked if I had questions which I did and he answered the importance of an oil change and why it’s beneficial to get them done timely. Kayden helped me reset the gage on my car for alerts. Isaac also explained the sticker to me and what the numbers mean and their top off policy which I did not know, so thank you! I just got off work and am exhausted. I needed to get to the store for groceries and debated whether I should push it off one more day. Glad I did not because of their efficiency I am able to get to the store and get home and make dinner not to late. They were just very kind, quick and efficient and I will continue to go here. Thanks guys.
Brian, Jaden and all of the employees at Take 5 in Layton did a great job. I really like that you pull up, get a cold water bottle, stay in your car, and then they send you on your way with fluids topped off and an oil change completed. They were fast and efficient while still explaining anything I asked about. They did not oversell but were informative about my options. I’ve been here a couple of times in the past and have had zero issues afterward. Highly recommend Take 5 in Layton!
I went to take 5 about a month ago for an oil change before I left on a road trip. Erika was the one that helped me! I am very uneducated when it comes to car stuff, but Erika was able to recommend products as well as walk me through the process of things! She was sooo kind and I enjoyed getting to chat with her! Conner and Khariel helped to complete the oil change and wash my windshield. They were quick and efficient! Thank you so so much Erika, Conner and Khariel!!
