Oil Change in Wichita Falls, TX at 3606 Kemp Blvd.

I had good service but I was unable to use my husband's veteran discount. We have been married over 39 years and he served almost 10 years in the air force. I have always been able to use it but now that you have to go though the app I could not seem to get the discount. I may be looking for a new place to do my next oil change because of this reason. I feel that this is false advertising and to much to pay full price. I am in my 60's and not comfortable doing things on these smart phones. I think this is a problem that should be addressed.

I came to Take 5 Oil Change and had a great experience. Anthony, Christian, and William provided excellent customer service. I was really tired when I came in, and they made the whole process so much easier for me. They took the time to explain everything, showed me my oil level, and made sure I understood what my vehicle needed. I truly appreciated how honest and open they were with me. They didn’t try to pressure me or make me feel like I had to pay for things I didn’t need. They were fair, helpful, and didn’t charge me an arm and a leg. I had the absolute pleasure of getting my oil and filter changed on July 5, 2026 at the Kemp location in WF TX. Jacob was my attendant. He greeted me with a smile and welcome, despite the torrential flooding, and gave me a cold bottle of water. I never got out of my car. I was quickly directed to the bay and he asked me several questions and we determined an oil and filter change was all I needed. He was extremely thorough, professional and knowledgeable. I was in and out very quickly and he even explained how to reset my oil light! I’ll never go anywhere else!! He’s an asset to the company!!
