Wonderful experience. Helpful and knowledgeable staff. I’ve been to some quick oil change places that I honestly felt like they used one of the cheaper bulk oils while telling me they used what I asked for. These guys pulled out what I specifically wanted, and made sure to use it. Very personable employees. Keyshon was positive and quick to point out any issues. The newer employee whose name I unfortunately didn’t get, was helpful and upfront about any questions he couldn’t answer himself, and tracked down that information quickly. I heard a conversation between the manager and another customer, and he was polite and straightforward about what they could and couldn’t do about some of her concerns.

Service is always good. New technician from a different location. Originally did not apply my Military Discount. I questioned the charges and then he applied the discount. However, the rate increased by $20. I have the last two records and this time there were three additional charges with no description that never were billed before. I will be going back for an explanation. I brought in my newly purchased filters to be installed. Should have been a free service.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ When I arrived, all four service bays were open and ready for oil change services. A young employee immediately came out, offered me a cold bottle of water, asked what service I needed, and directed me to one of the drive-up stations. Zeke then came over and explained that my GMC requires full synthetic oil and that a conventional option was not available. He scanned my VIN to verify the vehicle requirements and confirmed that synthetic oil was the correct service for my vehicle. The team got right to work. One technician checked under the hood while another was already underneath the vehicle draining the oil. They inspected my engine air filter and let me know it was still in good shape with an estimated 7,000 to 10,000 miles of life remaining. They also checked the cabin air filter behind the glove compartment. It was extremely dirty and was likely overdue for replacement, so I had it changed during the visit. Overall, the service was quick, efficient, and very easy to navigate. The staff was professional, friendly, and kept me informed throughout the process. The total cost came to $178 including taxes. It felt a little steep, but that’s pretty much the reality of vehicle maintenance these days. The convenience, speed, and customer service made for a positive experience overall.
