I had the BEST experience at Take 5 Oil Change! From the moment I pulled up, the team was friendly, professional, and incredibly efficient. They explained everything clearly, didn’t pressure me into anything unnecessary, and made the whole process quick and stress-free. What really stood out was the manager, Luke. They didn’t have the air filter my car needed in stock, and instead of making me reschedule or go find it myself, Luke went completely out of his way to drive to AutoZone and purchase the correct air filter for me. That level of customer service is rare these days, and it truly meant so much. He made sure everything was taken care of so I could leave knowing my car was in perfect shape. It’s hard to find businesses that genuinely care about their customers, but this location absolutely does. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending Take 5 to everyone I know. Thank you again, Luke, for going above and beyond!

Went back recently and the same crew including Jimmy took a look at my records and realized I was too early for anything needed at the time. The guys could have just done the work and took my money, but they took the time to do the research. This is professional, funny , and take care of you. That's why I will go no where else.
