Was long over due for an oil change. I pulled in and the manager quickly met me with a water. He explained the differences in the oils and answered some questions I had about what all I thought I needed checked and changed out. He checked all my filters and coolant also. My filters were disgusting! He even informed me that a key indicator it was time to change those out was when I smelled the ac or heat kick on. Thanks for that tip! He checked my windshield wipers and instead of saying yes you need new ones he said they’re okay for now,but you’ll need new ones next time. That told me one- that he’s honest and I could trust him not to oversell me and two - that I would need to budget for them to be replaced next time. They cleared my lights and indicators. They answered all my questions and even made small and informative conversations. There was a woman there, who was also really kind and friendly. She started the oil change and communicated well with him. They made a great team! Over all, I got the best oil, 2 new filters, and all the checks for $249. This lasted maybe 30 mins. I paid about $180 at Walmart, but spent 2 hours there!! I would say this will become my go to place. Thanks again for being honest and friendly! And for the oil change!!
I hate that I forgot the manager’s name, but he was very kind and introduced himself to me. They explained everything in great detail and asked me options while going over pricing with me as well. They were extremely knowledgeable and transparent, which I love! They were also very fast. I only get a 30 minute lunch break, and I was able to drive there, get my oil changed, and still get back to work on time. Highly recommend!
Blake, the manager, came out to greet me with a bottle of water. They took excellent care of me. And I mean the entire team. Sorry, I didn’t get the woman’s name or I would mention her. But they were all great. It was a wonderful experience. And the price was awesome. Thank you
