Pulled in 40 minutes before closing time and the team took great care of me! The team was chatty and friendly. Marcus took extra time to detach my glove box to check on an air filter that had never been changed out. They took care of my coolant, oil change and two air filters. Great conversations while I waited. Marcus, Gabe and Rae were awesome! Marcus showed great leadership and work ethic. I appreciate the way this crew took care of me!
The customer service here was exceptional! Willie walked me through a great process! If he was going to be late for the job he explained what was going on and gave me the option if I wanted to wait or not. His customer service was great! Everything was smooth from start to finish! I’ll most definitely be back! Thank you, Willie for amazing customer service! I appreciate you.
Mr. Willie was very nice and very helpful! He answered my questions. Never felt like he was upselling or anything. I did get extras i had not planned thanks to his advice. Very helpful and in good hands. I went to the other bay for my inspection and saw he was great with his other customer too. He deserves a raise. Just saying :-)! I will come back to this location. Love that it is right across from the VA clinic too!
