Update as of 7/22/26 I stopped by Take 5 today for an oil change, and despite the shop’s air conditioning and refrigerator being out on a 107° Texas afternoon, every employee I interacted with had an outstanding attitude. They were working under cars in extreme heat, but they were still kind, professional, and transparent about wait times. Rather than rushing to satisfy impatient customers, they worked efficiently while prioritizing safety, which I appreciated. Every person I spoke with treated me with respect and gratitude, and I left feeling genuinely taken care of. It’s easy to provide great customer service when everything is going well. It’s much harder to do it under difficult conditions, and this team absolutely did. I hope they’re recognized for the professionalism, patience, and positive attitude they showed today. They earned this five-star review. I had a rough experience during a recent visit to Take 5 in Temple, but Jonathan, the manager, went above and beyond to make it right. He personally did my oil change, walked me through the process, and treated me with respect and professionalism. As someone who works in a service profession, I really appreciated how he owned the situation without excuses. This is exactly the kind of leadership that keeps customers coming back. I’ll be returning for future service, and I’m happy to leave this five-star review—not because everything went perfectly, but because integrity and care did show up when it mattered.
The employees were very polite and prompt about servicing my car for an oil change . They checked the fluids , checked and aired up my tires . And cleaned the windshield. I found a $25 off coupon for Take 5 on line that was used for a discount .
Always enjoy my time coming here. I met Raul before this visit and forgot to leave a review but I enjoy him working on my car , so funny, so kind, …just met Dee today & he’s so welcoming and kind as well.. both have amazing customer service skills.
