I had such a great experience at Take 5 Oil Change on Louetta! Evan was absolutely amazing—so friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. He made the whole process so easy and got me in and out incredibly fast without making me feel rushed. It’s refreshing to have someone who provides such great customer service and actually enjoys helping people. Revisited take 5 after multiple a bad experiences there. This was on the heels of a recent recommendation from a neighbor, I returned. I was pleasantly pleased with the service and attention to detail received from Don and Leslie! Night and day difference from my last experiences. Admired the communication between the two in regard to making sure everything was safe and secure and free from leaks. As long as this pair is at this location all 3 of my cars will be returning for oil changes. Thank you both!
As a busy wife and mother of five, you tend to let something here or there slip! I needed an oil change and instead got not only an oil change but five star fast, efficient, effective service from Leslie, Don, and Sebastian. Don even found my new van hadn’t had any coolant. I was treated like royalty from oil to tires, filters in less than 30 minutes. I’m not even on the freeway good back to Houston, but I feel the difference! Come to this location!
