Came for an oil change man in middle bay was a piece of work poor attendant just doing his job he stsrts yelling hey Bruh dont need to show me anything i know whats wrong just do the oil chg MGR stepped in explained it was part of the service and video camera recording making sure for quality my service was great even gave me spray n fiber rag to remove old sticker glue when i asked and said thank you guess other guy felt bad and was more respective Great Job Guys!!!!!!!
Well it was ok . But I. Came Only for oil change . No Other service . I did not want any other service but oil change . But your employees insist that other things should done . Let’s make it clear , I came to Five oil for oil change and nothing esle . I did not ask for any other service but what I ask for . The other services Is just for extra money . That is wrong . Customer says that just want an oil change that is what you do and nothing esle . You understand .
This is the first time going here, I had a good experience. Both guys that helped us were very professional. I had many questions and they were both very courteous and helpful. I got my oil changed, air conditioning serviced, and had my air filter changed all well under what the dealership was going to charge me( I saved like 300$)
