Honestly, i stopped using take 5 for a couple of years because in the past i noticed the professionalism go downhill. I'm 30 yr ex military and I'm trained to watch people and how they interact. However, upon my last visit I was impressed at the reemergence of professionalism displayed by the young men who serviced my car. It may have changed my mind to start using take 5 again. P.S. I did notice that you removed your Veterans discount signage and I had to ask myself if you still honored it. The attendant said, yes Sir and thanked me for my service. Note to those execs in charge: Veterans are a proud/quiet/somber breed. We've taken a lot of crap in our lives do you could be free. We don't go around asking for shit let alone discounts. I only did because I knew from past experience that you did. Bring back the signage. Sincerely, an impressed customer
Great service from start to finish! Ella was fantastic—she got me checked in, set up, and taken care of right away. The manager, Omar (I believe that was his name), also came over to confirm a few details and make sure everything was good to go. They handled my oil change and replaced my fuel filters, and I was in and out in about 20 minutes and back on the road. Everyone was friendly, professional, and efficient. These guys and gals are top-notch. I’ll definitely be coming back and would absolutely recommend them!
Take 5 gets 5 stars from me. Usually quick (depending on line) always quick service. Erik is always there and always a pleasure to speak with. He’s very honest and hasn’t ever tried to rip me off. He even mentioned that my wipers were still under warranty with out me asking. This location is better than the other one in town because of him. See y’all again in a few thousand miles!
