I’ve consistently had a great experience at Take 5 Oil Change. What stands out most to me is the way their team treats me—not only as a customer, but also as a veteran. Their courtesy, professionalism, and respect are genuinely appreciated. I have never experienced poor customer service at Take 5. Every visit has been fast, efficient, and handled professionally, while still making me feel valued rather than rushed through. It’s refreshing to find a business that understands that good service is about more than simply getting the job done—it’s also about how you treat people. Thank you to the Take 5 team for the consistently excellent service and for the respect you show your customers and veterans. I highly recommend them.
All the men working their were nice & friendly & offered water. If you call the person to inform you should be correct on the price she quoted me $39.99. When I got there it was $78.00. Because I have a Very large expedition i needed extra oil. So they need to ask people on the phone what type, year the car is. Thank God i had a $25.00 off coupon. I only took enough cash for what she told me over the phone. And the gentleman that helped me Isaiah was extremely helpful he gave me another discount. So I was able to get my oil changed. THANK YOU ISAIAH 😊
I love my Take 5. The guys are always a pleasure, friendly and quite entertaining. They deserve swamp machines in their establishment. I commend them for still being friendly and kind considering the conditions (crazy Texas HEAT) they work under. I highly recommend them! I do like that they make recommendations and inform your of what you're vehicle is needing but are not pushy about getting it done.
