Experience at this take five off Nacogdoches was five stars! Greeted with a smile and serviced right away. I had to look for the coupon I had which they were patient for me to find. They found the rod to hold up my hood detached in my car. They told me to keep an eye out and reattached it to where it belonged. This is my first time here. I was a little confused on how to enter, but it was where you go to the car wash as well. There’s no front entrance of Nacogdoches.
I’m sure most people do not look forward to an oil change or any other car maintenance but I would take my car to the Take 5 on Nacogdoches next to Go Car Wash weekly if it meant I got to interact with Tyson. I don’t think I’ve ever experienced better customer service or such a pleasant individual in all my years owning a car. Take 5 deserves 5 stars all on its own but their decision to hire Tyson should earn them another 5 at least. AMAZING experience!
I have been to multiple Take 5 Oil change locations and this is the only one to actually complete the oil change in the advertised 15minutes. Tyson is always so kind and explains the services in “layman’s terms”, which I appreciate. He is very knowledgeable and provides excellent and honest recommendations without just trying to sell you everything. Even at 7:30 am on a cloudy rainy day, he was happy, friendly and courteous. He treats his employees with respect and was very nice to my children in the car. He makes what can be perceived as a “car chore” a pleasant experience. I highly recommend this location!
