Been coming to Take5 for years now. I like that you can see what is going on and they are continually updating you, this is very professional. I took my Wife’s car to Walmart on her suggestion, NEVER AGAIN, I waited 3 hours and couldn’t see what they did. This weekend I went to the Take5 location on Shanefield Rd, they treated me with respect, gave me a water, and did a great job. The manager even cleaned my hood without me asking. Thank you to the Take5 team on Shanfield for making my experience a great one.
I can't speak highly enough of my recent experience at the Take 5 Oil Change (Store #633) at Shaenfield / Galm in San Antonio, TX. Christian and Ethan were awesome "ambassadors" to the Take 5 company---welcoming, attentive, knowledgeable, thorough, AND safety-minded. They worked well together as a team, and it was cool to see how the communicated throughout the process. The service was comprehensive, and all of my vehicle's needs (and then some!) were addressed. It was also very efficient...just as advertised! I really appreciate their expertise and customer service; I will definitely be a return customer! Oh, and the military discount was the cherry on top. 10/10 recommend this Take 5 location and their on-duty crew this weekend. Thanks, fellas!
The manger was informative and helpful in explaining things that needed to be done and why. I didn’t feel like I was being “over sold”, if anything I felt comfortable and happy that I was being told because I hadn’t before with certain filters outside the usual oil change. I will absolutely go back when it’s time again.
