Daejon was excellent. He was quick and very informative. He explained in simple terms what was really best for my car, but also offered to just take of the immediate need (if that’s what fit my budget) without being pushy or salesy. I actually learned something and felt totally comfortable making my decision. Not many mechanics are skilled enough AND take the time to help you make the decision that’s right for you. And it turns out he’s the manager! Great experience.
Daejon was very fast and helpful! He helped me to understand the process and what future service would be needed. His staff were also nice! They have a cool bond that I love to see within staff. Love the chill environment. Gave us cold water bottles. Excellent service. Also filled the windshield wiper fluid and filled air in tires. Dae and his crew were fast, friendly, professional and informative. I usually go to wal mart for an oil change but will be coming to take 5 on fm 78 from now on . I didn’t feel pressured into buying anything extra. He gave me information on my differential maintenance, I will be coming back for that .
