I showed up and was immediately greeted. I noticed all 3 bays were open and full but I was placed in the next available bay fairly quickly. I waited about an hour to get my oil changed b/c I noticed there was only 1 employee in the entire establishment! He was doing a great job as more customers arrived, he didn't turn anyone away and he continued to run the establishment alone. Thank you Caleb for working hard and taking care of all the customers. He even provided the customers with cold water while we waited. Im sorry your co-workers didn't show up that day but im glad you were there!
This is the best location/service out of all the Take 5s I've been to. I came in for an oil change because I knew it was due and finally had some money to put towards my car. And these individuals checked my air pressure and notified me right away that my back passagner tire was only 7psi! And i asked them a couple times to make sure i understood which side it was so I could relay that information to a tire shop. They were patient and kind and looked out for me. When it comes to my car, it's the only thing I've had that has been stable and this meant so much to me. I did go get my tire checked and there was nail that punctured it which got fixed. Thank again so much! I do not know any other business other than take 5 that will think about the person behind the wheel. As I've been thinking back, other locations have also notified me when they noticed a leak too! Thanks a million! And bless you all especially at this location!
Great customer service from all the employees at this 5 Gallon Oil change facility!!! Went in to check all my fluids and the tire pressure of my tires!!! They topped off all my fluids and brought all my tires up to the correct tire pressure!!! The Store manager made friendly suggestion on what fluids needed servicing according to the current mileage on my 2008 Ford Escape!!! Couldn't be happier with the quality of service that i was given!!! Great job to everyone at this 5 Gallon Oil change facility!!! đź‘Ťđź‘Ťđź‘Ť
