Friday, August 7, 2026, 5:30 PM: Even though the Babcock Rd. location is only two minutes from my workplace, I prefer coming to this one. I've had nothing but bad customer service experiences at the Babcock location, including with a female manager whose attitude was quite disappointing. Here on Fredericksburg Rd., the service is honest, friendly, and smooth. The atmosphere is great, and the staff are true professionals who clearly enjoy what they do. Thank you, guys—both of you. I didn't ask for your names out of respect for your privacy, but I hope you read your reviews regularly and feel proud of the genuine smiles and kindness you show your customers.
Darian and his team did a great job taking care of my Subaru! Not just once, but twice have I gotten great service and transparency from Darian and his team. They made sure my car had everything she needed and was up to date with her services. Too many times I’ve been ripped off or scammed by other places fixing the wrong thing or giving me the wrong service. The team at this Take 5 knows what they’re doing and is the reason I keep coming back and recommending them to friends and family 💯
Take 5 provides exceptional service, and the personnel are friendly and professional. If the cost of the Cabin and Air filter were more reasonable, I'd get that serviced as well, but $29 for an Air Filter and $49 for the Cabin Filter seems excessive. Both filters can be purchased on Amazon for less than $15 each. With that said, I still recommend Take 5 to everyone I know. Thank you for exceptional service. M. Franklin Sorrell
