I went to the take five over on Jones Maltz burger I believe and Thousand Oaks the little lady that greeted me very nice. She checked the tires. She made sure everything was done right the gentleman that was doing the oil change. They made sure everything was complete. she filled up my fluids. I told her I didn’t need an air cleaner because I had just had it replaced and she said OK would you like a bottle of water and I told her thank you so much I had a bad experience one time in Canyon Lake would take five a long time ago. I decided to try it one more time. It was actually pleasant. They greeted me with respect, especially the young lady that works there. She knows her stuff anyways I will definitely come back to there. Thank you very much for having such good employers. Don’t know what they’re doing.
Outstanding service from Herb at Take 5 Oil Change off Thousand Oaks Dr! Herb was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and made the entire experience quick and hassle-free. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was taken care of without trying to push anything unnecessary. Great customer service like this is what keeps people coming back. Herb is definitely an asset to the Take 5 team! Highly recommend this location!
I asked for the 54.99 basic oil change. I know my Grand Caravan takes 6 quarts. When he presented the invoice the bill was over 70. I asked if it was because of the extra quart. He said yes. It would have better customer service to have warned me of the additional cost before the invoice was delivered. Everything else was excellent.
