Every single worker at this location was super attentive, throughly explained all my car needs and was very swift. From moment I drove in I was greeted with a smile, a water and asked what I needed done. The mechanics took their time but it was all completed extremely quick including a flush that I needed. I want to thank all these gentlemen at this location. They are a very rare breed showing care and passion in every single vehicle they took on and kept their composure in this extremely hot Texas heat!
Customer service / service done to the vehicle was just as great as the first time my mom and I came to this location off of I-35. I wanted to point out that Damian, Chris, and Jacob were all very helpful and kind during the time that we were there. Some cars in front might take a bit longer considering they might be getting more work done (just have some patience and time will fly) but other than that, our service was quick! Thank you again for the great service from the team. I highly recommend coming here. Keep up the great work! Until next time! 😊
Paul was the main man that helped us out the most and answered all of our questions. Very patient and respectful, the rest of the staff helped Paul with our problems. They did an oil change, put in a new air filter, replaced my plug gasket, air filter. Fillled my coolant, washer fluid, checked my tires and some other things I cannot name. Most importantly this was done in 15 minutes
