I was car #45 today. By the time I pulled into the bay, the Texas sun had already decided that everyone in San Antonio needed to experience the surface of Mercury. The real feel was 116°, and these guys had been working through car after car after car long before I arrived. Despite that, every employee I interacted with was friendly, patient, and genuinely kind. Not the forced customer service kind of nice, the actual human kind. While they changed my oil and air filter, someone handed me a cold bottle of water. Later, when I mentioned my squealy brakes, they took the time to check things out, explain what they found, flush my differential fluid, and get everything added to my bill. The squeal came back later, but that doesn't change how well they treated me. As I sat there waiting, I couldn't help noticing the employees themselves. They were sweating through their shirts, answering my bajillion questions, and keeping things running smoothly. Meanwhile, I couldn't spot a single fan anywhere in the shop. The contrast was hard to miss. Here I was, the lingering threat of heat stroke as I sat in my Jeep after 10 minutes, drinking a cold bottle of water they had given me, while the people providing the service were working through a brutal South Texas afternoon shift with no visible relief. The team at this location earned every bit of this five-star review. Take 5, if you're reading this: your employees are your greatest asset. They take excellent care of your customers. It might be time to take equally good care of them. And maybe buy a few fans

I wanted to express my thanks to the men who work at Take Five shop 190. I recently had my oil changed and said I was heading on a road trip to the Grand Canyon. I was informed that I could stop at any Take Five to check in for a top off. After traveling so far I stopped in Phoenix and did just that. I was treated just as well by these gentlemen. My car was checked and assured it was all good to go. As a female traveling, my cars' reliability is part of my safety. I really appreciate the attention of care these men apply to their job and the policy of the company that extends to the public at any location in any state. I appreciate you.

I had an absolutely amazing experience at Take 5 on Broadway. Joshua and Jesse were incredible from start to finish. They got me in and out in record time, but I could still tell they were being extremely thorough with everything. They were professional, courteous, and made sure my oil change and air filters were completely taken care of. They even went the extra mile by cleaning my windshield for me. Truly top-notch service all around. I highly recommend this location, especially Joshua and Jesse. These two gentlemen provided outstanding service, and I’ll definitely be back!
