From the moment I arrived I was immediately greeted with a bottle of water. Every employee I interacted with was very polite. Each one asked if I needed more water. I waited about 10 minutes before the work started as two other cars were being finished up. 15 minutes later, the oil change was done and all fluids were topped off. The employee was great at explaining the different options and recommendations. I was not pressured into something unnecessary. I will definitely return.
Carlos, Assistant Manager and Jayden, Lead Technician did a great job during the oil change of my car. Checked and refilled power steering fluid, windshield washer fluid and air in all 4 tires. Checked air filter, brake fluid and windshield wipers too. Even cleaned the windows. Great service from these two! I highly recommend this Take 5 Oil Change center located at Bitters and 281.
It was a very very esepcional service 2 person help me out a lady approach the car and greeted me w smile and offered me water 2 times I did not wait to long it was 2 cars before me it just great Sometimes you just faind the right people at the right moment eve that it was late and I understand w thes temperature we all want to go home I really appreciated them Indefinitely will go back Please thanks thouse two workers 🙏
