Absolutely outstanding experience at Take 5 Oil Change! Taj and AJ were both phenomenal from start to finish. They were friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure everything was done correctly. They worked efficiently while still taking the time to explain what they were doing and making sure I was comfortable with everything. You can tell they take pride in their work, and that kind of customer service really stands out. Taj and AJ are a great representation of what excellent service should look like. I came in for an oil change and left feeling like I was genuinely taken care of. These two deserve recognition for the incredible job they’re doing! I’ll definitely be coming back, and I highly recommend this Take 5 location — especially if Taj and AJ are working. 5 stars all day! Also taj has great tattoos
True to form and their name, I was in and out of there in 5 minutes! David was friendly, informative, insightful, and proactively asked for coupons or discounts. He explained my options along with his recommendations and rationale. He also took a good look around and informed me of some potential concerns while remaining professional and polite. There were no “high pressure sales tactics” and he even gave me more economical options. Highly recommend this location as it is staffed with, knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly professionals!
Matt and Canyon were fantastic. I always change my oil myself and this time I ran into a problem. I have a tundra and they have a special housing for their oil filters. Mine ended up seizing to my motor and I couldn’t break it loose as I didn’t have a breaker bar on hand. I showed up to take 5 just needing a favor and these gentlemen stepped up to help me. Although I didn’t get serviced through the company these gentlemen deserve recognition for helping me out and getting down there to break my oil filter housing loose. It was close to closing time and I could tell they were tired. Thanks again gentlemen 🫡
