Oil Change in San Antonio, TX at 1525 Austin Hwy.

Monday April 13th. Mr Banks ( had Dreads ), i believe his name was- was a stellar professional. Made sure to check all the boxes on the diagnostics they are supposed to do which makes me feel safer in my car while giving me the feeling of gent moneys worth!!! Hard to beat that. Thank you , Mr. banks. I came to this TAKE5 because of the high reviews on Google. Although, the two or three guys that were working were nice and respectful I was let down. It was at the end of the day so maybe they were short on help but I was put in bay waited for 20 minutes. Watched other cars that pulled up after me get service before me, then no tire pressure check, didn’t see fluids topped off. They did show me the oil on dipstick. So, had to go somewhere else and pay for air in tires. From what I can tell they DID NOT destroy my splash shield which I do appreciate. A lot of places destroy it and when driving down the road you can hear it flapping or drag the road. So I’m grateful that they seemed to have done it right ( although I have not checked to see if it is still there. LOL) So, to wrap up… for all of these reasons I score three stars 9/26 came in this morning to get fluids topped off and Camille was super professional courteous and respectful!!! She made me definitely want to come back here to Take 5 on Austin Highway. I will recommend.

The guys we great knowledgeable and knew what they were talking about. Which is a must and most important. Secondly their attitude was positive and up beat as if they took pride in what they do….. which is take care of people and their vehicles. I am over satisfied with the overall experience. Furthermore for me to leave a review they made an impression.

I stopped by first thing in the morning for service at Take 5, and the experience was excellent. As soon as I pulled up, the workers immediately came over and asked how they could assist me. They were very friendly and professional from the start. Everything was explained clearly and thoroughly. When they made recommendations, they took the time to show me exactly why the recommendation was being made, which I really appreciated. It made the whole process feel transparent and trustworthy. The service was quick, efficient, and the staff was extremely helpful throughout the visit. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and I would definitely recommend this location to others.
