Absolutely love this location and to the girls reading this, they are amazing as they don’t try to act like your dumb or overcharge just based of how you look- I know some other places do, but this place doesn’t. I want in thinking my oil change was due and rather than doing to and charging me, he informed me that my oil change wasn’t due yet and to wait another 1,000 miles before coming back, which I personally appreciate. Thank you have a wonderful day to whoever is reading this!
Took longer time than usual for a couple reasons. 1. Only two people working. 2. A previous customer was giving the young people a hard time. No manager those to deescalate the situation. They did their best to maintain a positive attitude in what was obviously a tense situation. 3. The core issue seemed revolve around the preprinted check list of completed work. She felt the work was a automated pencil whipped document. No way to validate that the work was actually done. I believe that a lot of the documented items were in fact not accomplished.
Very quick work done, asked if I wanted my tires checked and did top off my windshield washer fluid. Showed me my air intake filter which was not bad, said it could wait. Offered 3 choices of oil based on mileage they last. In and out really fast. Applied the coupon I had so it was less than $90 for a full synthetic oil change and filter.
