Take 5, at least this Rigsby location is incredible. They've done our inspections and I just got an oil change and not only did they check the oil, but also checked my coolant and radiator and made sure fluids were all set. I had Juan as my mechanic/technician and he was extremely professional, kind, and honest. I was thoroughly impressed! The whole team even said goodbye as I was driving away and they honestly have the best customer service I have ever experienced!
Antonio Anthony Theo were very polite to help. Antonio did talk quick/fast, but I know it is part of the job for safety with his crew who are under the car for oil change. No wait, out in 15 minutes with baby in car seat without fussy baby -5 plus experience awesomeness. I did arrive at 9:45-9:50am on a Sunday for the oil change and had time to attend church at 10:30am.
Mr. Juan, the assistant manager, was absolutely amazing! He was professional, personable, and had the customer’s best interest in mind. He saved this Marine veteran money on our oil, differential, and air filter change. Mr. Juan made sure our vehicle was safe for the road. Thank you Take 5 and Mr. Eugene for having someone like Mr. Juan representing your company and ensuring customer satisfaction.
