I went to get an oil change in the morning but something led to another about my car, I wasn’t angry but relief with how confident and reassuring the staff was. Fernando was able to help me by fixing my car to make sure I go back home safely 2 hours away. He really went out of his way to do something great for me and it just shows what a great employee Take 5 has here. I definitely recommend coming here!
Grate. (Not any more) Im adding to this now because I went to get a oil change and was told that who ever did my last oil change stripped the drain plug. The time before I had it done I was under the car and had nothing wrong with it. I am very disappointed and would like take five to be held responsible for the damage they did to my car. I will not be going back there. They have also tries to tell me how my car can only hold x amount of oil and they told me to come back to have it topped off.
The workers there did an amazing job and they were training new employees and still managed to provide me the best service. My rep was very respectful and showed me what he was doing and recommended and showed me why without making me feel stupid. Great job I’ll continue to use their services and refer anyone I know who’s looking for honest work with integrity.
