This Saginaw, TX location is great! I’ve been a customer for at least two years, and they’re always quick and friendly. Even with these Texas summer days being hotttt, the fellas still provide great customer service with a smile. My most recent visit was 08/22/26, and I happened to come across a picture of my service tech afterward. This fella was very informative, friendly, and made sure I knew exactly what was going on with my vehicle. I really appreciate the team at this location and will definitely continue coming back. Great service every time!
I had a great experience at the Take 5 in Saginaw! Staff were friendly and caring seeing that I had 3 young children in the car with me (including a 5 week old baby). Michael wanted to get us taken care of quickly because he knew the car would get hot being turned off too long and didn’t mind me getting out of my car to get my baby to bring into my seat so I could feed him while waiting for them to change the oil on my car. I also went to this location a week earlier to try to get my emissions test done for registration but found out they do not do this testing at this location but I had a very pleasant interaction with a young man named, Ken (I believe this is his name and I think he is a manager), and really appreciated how kind he was to me. Makes me want to come back!

The whole process was very fast, easy, and convenient. The staff was friendly and took good care of me. Definitely recommend Take 5!
