My wife and I went to this place and we were greeted with nothing but kindness! We enjoyed the knowledge that the shop lead had and was able to give us concerning our car! I feel that Chris did a wonderful job and was very knowledgeable about cars. I would always go back to this place now that my wife and I have discovered this take 5 Branch at this location! I give all thumbs up and enjoyed the conversation as well as knowing our car was being properly cared for! I would recommend this place to anyone who's either trying to get an oil change or other services they offer! Great customer service and a great place! y
Service was exceptional, especially Ravi, I hope I'm getting his name right! He was incredible. He took the time to search for a filter in my car that no one else had ever tried to locate, even though I've had several previous visits with Take 5. Once he found and removed it, it was obvious that it really needed to be changed. I truly appreciate his patience, attention to detail, and willingness to go the extra mile. The entire staff was friendly, professional, and wonderful to work with. Thank you all for providing such outstanding customer service!
Great spot! Landon, Aidan, and Jorge were so knowledgeable and kept positive and bright attitudes despite the Texas heat. I was having a regular day and they turned it around for the better. I noticed they did more checks and maintenance than other oil change places too (While still being quick and efficient!!) There's a different location a bit closer to me but I won't hesitate to drive the extra mile just to visit this one where these guys make sure all the bases are covered and their customers are happy :)
