He informed me of my coolant level being empty and wiper blade conditions. He knew the prices of your competitors and informed me that he could perform the task in less time. While he calculated my service Dalton was busy doing the work. Later the shop manager came over to ask how things was going which so told h the best experience I've seen in my many visit across DFW area. Your Roanoke location seems to have the right people representing your company.
