Nick and Chris took such good care of me. I needed an oil change but also had a bad experience at a car wash with dirty water that got into my air filter making my entire car smell like rotten eggs with the AC on. They replaced it changed my oil and in less than 24 hours my car is smell free my gas mileage has already improved with the oil change they provided. 10/10 service from them and even though I have free oil changes at my dealership I’ll only come to them. Worth every penny
Had to wait about 30 mins in queue but used the time to do some study in car in a/c so didn't mind. Liked how I could see what they did and ask questions. Went for oil change but asked to tell what else needs changing. Carfax report said coolant was never changed before and their objective test showed coolant was more like water so got that done too. Showed wiper issue, he put shorter wipe blades that didn't streak and stopped stiking the end of car. Being able to see everything was helpful and it was quick once it started and exit is pretty quick since you are already sitting in the car.
Great experience. Came in to get oil change and state safety inspection. They said my oil was still clean and recommend that I come back in three months. I was there last time and got long lasting oil. So many past experiences where oil change places will upcharge. I really liked staying in car for state inspection too. Fast and convenient on a cold day. My only concern is on my last four visits were all different staff and crew. I wish they can keep a consistent staff. It is like going to your favorite barber shop and having a different new barber that knows nothing about how you want your hair cut. Same as taking your car to your favorite garage and favorite mechanic who knows everything about your car. Please invest in your staff. Pay them well. It would be nice to have employees wear Take 5 shirts. Some person asked me what I wanted and offered me a water bottle. Had no idea he worked there. You want repeat visits and great word of mouth? You want customers to come back to and feel valued? Then treat this location better.
