I had a great experience at Take 5! Gavin was the one who helped me with my oil change and windshield wiper replacement, and he provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. He was friendly, professional, and explained everything clearly without making me feel pressured into buying anything extra. The service was quick, efficient, and the whole process was hassle-free. It’s refreshing to receive such excellent customer care, and Gavin made the experience a positive one. I’ll definitely be coming back for future maintenance and would highly recommend this location—especially if you get the chance to work with Gavin!
The new manager took care of me and this was the best experience I’ve EVER had getting an inspection & oil change! This guy discovered that there were NO cabin filters in place, which means that the entire time I’ve owned my Jeep, NOBODY ever checked. He was efficient and honest in his suggestions for what I needed as far as oil & filters. He also seemed genuinely concerted about my safety. If I could get consistent service on this level, I would never go anywhere else! He was amazing!
Team worked diligently to remove a poorly installed cabin filter which needed changing. So patient and determined they got it done. I can feel a positive difference with the air circulation. I have been coming to this same location for many years as I have always been happy with their service. Thank you for making me safe.
