Oil Change in Pearland, TX at 11401 Broadway St..

I originally brought my car to them because I needed the oil pan plug replaced because it was leaking. I changed the oil about 1000 miles ago, so I did not need an oil change, but I knew I would have to get one because the old Volkswagen drain plug must be removed in order to replace it, and the oil in the car must be replaced. I told Patrick the technician that I needed the plug replaced, after they drained the old oil out (I assumed that they had the plugs in stock - most places do). After they were done, I asked Patrick if they had changed the drain plug, and he said that they do not change plugs at all. They pump out the old oil from the top of the engine. So, now I just got an oil change that I did not really need, and I was having to go somewhere else to get the drain plug replaced and pay for yet another oil change! I was super angry. A waste of $100. The next day, Sunday, I went back and spoke to David. I brought a replacement plug with me only because I was prepared to do the oil change myself, I just wanted to see if I could get my $100 back because of the poor service I received the day before. David offered to take my replacement plug and install it, and put new oil in the car at no cost to me. That solved my whole problem in about 2 minutes. I commend David and Take 5 for fixing my problem right away. That kind of excellent customer service is so rare these days. Thank you David!

The staff at all of your take fives that I have visited have been top-notch. It was a young man at the take Five in Pearland on Broadway near two 8816 years old one of the nicest, nicest young men I was I felt like I was his mother, he’s working he said because he starts seeing a year at school and he has to buy gas for the truck that his parents have allowed him to use, but he had such wonderful customer service initiative so he is definitely an asset to your take Five team. I was in area and needed an inspection and oil change after buying my cash 2011 RAM. I was nervous to see what all could be wrong with it. Christophe and other employees were extremely kind, friendly and knowledgeable. I liked that they explained what I’ll need WITHOUT any pressure. So many places I’ve been to where it’s almost impossible to leave. I will definitely drive the 30 minutes to come back and get my coolant taken care of.
