I got my Car Inspected this week at Take 5 Oil Change 11401 West Broadway in Pearland I was the first customer of the day. They opened at 7 AM sharp. The Car Inspection took exact 10 minutes. Having received Excellent Customer Service, it is a definite 5 Stars from me for Take 5. Great Team Work. I have been going to Take 5 the past 6 years, for Oil Change and Car Inspection. From the moment I pulled in, Johnny stood out. He wasn’t just going through the motions or rushing to get to the next car; he actually paid attention. What really impressed me, though, was how thorough he was. Johnny didn’t just do the basics and call it a day—he made sure everything was done right. It’s not easy to stay upbeat while working in a fast-paced environment, but Johnny managed it effortlessly. First guy who approached me was in need of water badly. Take 5 needs to issue out caps and keep the workers hydrated. He offered me water but I thought he needed it more. He even leaned on my car due to exhaustion to the heat. I came in for an oil change. 3 cars in front of me and it was about 45 mins wait which is roughly about 15 per customer. The guy asking me for additional service was very helpful and mindful of the things I might need but I just simply couldn't afford it. Besides me feeling bad for everyone in the heat, it was a very decent Take 5 oil place.
