Impeccable service was provided by JD and the team of the Fairmont location of Take5. Everything was explained to me thoroughly, he gave me the option to choose if I wanted extra services that my vehicle may have required, and was not a pushy salesman. He made me feel comfortable in my decision and secure about the services being provided. I was able to use a double coupon and save some money. I highly recommend this Take5 location for your vehicle maintenance and servicing.
First visit, warm day but cold water offered and accepted gratefully, very attentive and answered my questions, everyone was friendly and helped this old woman with resetting dashboard messages. Manager was quick but took some extra time with me without showing any annoyance that I had questions about the oil etc. I appreciated the help and not making me feel bad but now I know and will be going back next month for an inspection. They checked all the fluids. Air in tires and checked my wipers for replacement at my request gave me a tip for how to do myself if I need to. Thanks guys!!! See you soon.
Came here for an oil change & left with more services done at a better rate than had I gone to Walmart. Darwyn greeted me initially & made me feel very assured with his communication about the services being done on my Jeep. Most places want you in & out the place without you knowing what’s going on, but both him & Alyssa set the bar on time efficiency, communication, & friendliness! Had an oil change, new filter, & windshield wipers installed in less than 40 minutes! All this was done while they were handling multiple other cars. My vehicle will be here regularly for maintenance going forward !!
