I had a great experience at Take 5! Adriana and Mitchell were absolutely amazing and really went above and beyond. They were friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and made the whole process quick and easy. They took the time to explain everything to me without making me feel pressured into anything I didn’t need, which I really appreciated. The customer service was seriously top-notch. Adriana and Mitchell made what is normally just a routine oil change an exceptionally good experience. I’ll definitely be coming back to this location and would recommend them to anyone. Give these two some recognition they earned it!
Horrible service ...didn't tell me it was 30-45 min wait starting out ...pull me in bay left me there for 30 plus minutes...then tried to sell me highest oil change ...sad part is I been doing all my oil change here since you open this business in Pasadena Fairmont .....I live 5 minutes from location....yall don't need to lose customers when I was reg ...it must be nice to being making so much money you could lose customers...it's cool ...maybe Christian Brother wants my service 10 min from house ...
I visited the Fairmont Parkway location in Pasadena, Texas. The crew was Absolutely Amazing! The gentleman named Houston was exceptionally professional and polite. The ladies there were Super Sweet as well. They all had what I love to see and that’s smiling faces and excellent customer service. They listened to me and took care of my car! Keep up the great work! I will be back and will also send you all more business with my friends and family. Shout out to you all… Much Love!!! ❤️
