This was the first time that I’ve ever had anyone actually show my rear differential plug during an oil change and how bad it needed to be changed, they then recommended a service to have the fluid changed out. Of all the times I’ve ever been to a take five, which has been quite a few now, this is the one and only time they’ve ever actually done that and I loved it. I bought the service simply because they recommended it and did it professionally, I honestly even forgot about it. I would not hesitate to go back again! I think they had a newer guy there who was training too, but he did really well, the whole crew was courteous and very professional. A+ visit!
Great service and everyone is so nice. But holy cow is it expensive. You get what you pay for. And you are paying a lot for the bottle of water and the friendly conversation. I can go to Walmart for 50 bucks or here for 100. So I will just go back to Wally World and shop the store and spend the difference in costs. I just don't have 50 bucks to waste like that. But if you do, this place is where you can! And get an oil change by great people too!!
2 guys were busting their buttons getting the customers serviced. They took their time checking on each customer thoroughly. The one gent gave us water as another checked out my Kia. They found a leak in my rear seal, gave very good advice about when and why I needed it replaced. Took their time explaining that previous oil in my car was put in wrong, as I need high mileage not 10W30. Super please with these guys who CARE about their customers. 100% recommend your location over any I've been to in past years. Good job gentlemen!!!
