It was my first time getting my oil changed in my car and my dad recommended them. It went great! Dakota was the one that mainly worked with me, and he was friendly, polite, and super patient with me. I got my oil changed, my tires aired up, and my cabin air filter replaced. They didn't try to convince me to get any extra work done or buy the more expensive option, and he walked me through everything he was doing. I also got air fresheners and coupons, which is so nice, and the shop banter was absolutely on point. I will definitely be coming back! Update: went back for a second oil change after my first experience and was met with exactly the same kind of great service and friendly help. This time, Colten and Timothy worked with me and it was still a great experience. Definitely keeping the 5 stars!
I recently brought my 2008 Mazda Tribute into Jiffy Lube in Paris, TX, and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. Joshua Nelson went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was taken care of. His attention to detail, professionalism, and mechanical knowledge were obvious from the moment he started working on my vehicle. He took the time to make sure everything was done correctly and made me feel confident that my vehicle was in great hands. Joshua is the kind of employee every business hopes to have. His work ethic, positive attitude, and dedication to customer service deserve recognition. In my opinion, he absolutely deserves a raise—or at the very least, a well-earned appreciation shout-out for everything he does. I also want to recognize Mike for being incredibly friendly and welcoming. Between Joshua and Mike, they do an outstanding job maintaining the store and making every customer feel appreciated and valued. It’s clear they take pride in what they do, and it shows in the quality of service they provide. If you’re looking for honest, knowledgeable, and friendly service, I highly recommend this Jiffy Lube. I was very pleased with the service i received.i didn't get their names,but I was given a cold bottle of water and both gentleman were very nice to me.i just needed an inspection sticker. I needed air in my tires,got that.i ask where I could get my cartags,I'm new in Paris.i was told how to get there.i will be back to get my oil changed..I GIVE TAKE 5 and the 2 m?MEN who waited on me A BIG 100%.SERVICE.
